Product Manager, Advanced Analytics

We are expanding our Digital Analytics team and seek a Product Manager for Advanced Analytics based in Toronto, Ontario. This role entails steering machine learning and artificial intelligence projects through end-to-end execution, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to produce actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and management of advanced analytics (ML/AI) and data engineering requests from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the strategic roadmap for analytics and data engineering initiatives.
• Convert business challenges into precise requirements ensuring alignment across data scientists, engineers, and business teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and track progress for multiple analytics projects.
• Facilitate the deployment of machine learning models and data pipelines by aligning teams on goals, timelines, and success criteria.
• Communicate project roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes regularly to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects have clear business aims, defined deliverables, and measurable results.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to validate models, oversee performance monitoring, and drive ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of four years' experience in product management, analytics project management, or coordinating data-centered programs.
• Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and AI model creation processes is advantageous.
• Proven ability to translate technical analytics work into tangible business value and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with data query languages like SQL and Python, along with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Datadog, Adobe, and analytics visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on delivering results and updates clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment requiring adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

Additional Information

RBI maintains an in-office work policy requiring employees to work onsite five days a week at the Toronto location to support collaborative efforts.

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD 100,000 to CAD 150,000 dependent on experience, education, and other relevant factors. The role is eligible for annual discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance as well as possible equity grants under the long-term incentive plan.
