Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term product vision and strategy for a mature communications platform.
Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities to support product growth.
Transform product concepts and validated hypotheses into a prioritized roadmap.
Collaborate across departments including business, engineering, and client-facing teams to drive valuable product initiatives.
Work closely with engineering to influence technical choices and product architecture.
Establish and nurture a high-performing product team aligned with strategic goals.
Lead the creation of new product lines while enhancing existing solutions continuously.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience with complex B2B products or technology platforms.
Expertise in Product Discovery, strategic planning, and roadmap creation.
Strong technical knowledge enabling effective collaboration with software engineers.
Proven ability to define and deliver on long-range product vision and strategic initiatives.
Comfortable making well-informed decisions despite ambiguity to successfully launch products or new business areas.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams.
Background in communications platforms, CPaaS, messaging services, voice technology, or related domains preferred.
Professional fluency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level proficiency).
