About the Role

Zof AI is recruiting a Product Designer to refine the appearance, usability, and overall experience of its AI-based products. This position involves both product and brand design responsibilities, including crafting clear, sophisticated interfaces for complex AI functionalities, enhancing the design system, and elevating the visual standards across product and marketing platforms. Candidates should possess strong design skills, sound product intuition, and the agility to move swiftly from concept to prototype.

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive and elegant user interfaces that manage complex AI product features.
• Rapidly prototype and refine design ideas into polished final user interfaces.
• Enhance and contribute to the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Elevate the visual and interactive quality standards across product and marketing touchpoints.
• Work in close collaboration with engineers and product managers to implement designs effectively.
• Contribute to brand and marketing design efforts when required.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration and execution.
• Own the full design process from initial problem definition to final shipped user experience.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in product design encompassing both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates delivered, high-quality product design work.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to thrive amid ambiguity.
• Capability to quickly iterate from ideas to prototypes.
• Proven collaboration skills, especially with engineering teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity and comfort with utilizing AI tools within the design workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products aimed at technical audiences or developer tools.
• Knowledge of managing and scaling design systems.
• Some experience or comfort with front-end coding or code-based prototyping.
• Background in brand and marketing design.
