Role Overview

This position calls for a highly skilled designer focused on elevating the quality and experience of software products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes for key product segments from concept through polished delivery.
• Implement solid interaction, visual design, and information architecture principles addressing practical needs of contractors.
• Innovate new interaction paradigms for AI-powered and agentic experiences beyond traditional screen-based conventions.
• Create sketches, prototypes, and conduct testing at various fidelity levels to validate design choices efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to meet objectives quickly and with high standards.
• Effectively communicate design rationale, solicit feedback, and engage actively in design critiques.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable and useful design system that supports product consistency.

Additional Information

The role requires candidates to be permanent United States residents. While the position is onsite in Lincoln, Nebraska, employees are not obligated to relocate and may work remotely. CompanyCam encourages occasional visits to headquarters, offering up to 10 days per calendar year funded by the company for in-person engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

This salaried role offers an annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $165,000 depending on experience. Equity options and additional benefits are included.
