- Partner closely with Operations teams to align expectations, influence outcomes and support daily functions.
- Build strong internal relationships and effectively communicate procurement goals and expectations to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven expertise in formulating and implementing procurement strategies, tendering frameworks, and methodologies, including handling high-value and complex contract negotiations.
- Commercial procurement experience in mission-critical environments such as data centres, utilities, infrastructure, or facilities management.
- Deep understanding of commercial and contractual principles with skills to address complex supply chain, procurement, and risk challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement and sourcing models, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage mid to senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and time management skills within a fast-evolving environment.
- Resilient, proactive, agile, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with full accountability for procurement categories and projects.
