Procurement Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Manager to enhance our team amid ongoing business expansion and operational improvements. This role entails overseeing strategic procurement for MEP systems, facilities management, and real estate projects, focusing on cost control, supplier performance, and ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute procurement plans aligned with business goals, project demands, and operational priorities.
• Oversee procurement activities involving MEP materials, equipment, spare parts, maintenance services, and facility requirements.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service vendors to secure competitive costs and maintain quality standards.
• Manage supplier relations, handle contracts, purchase orders, and monitor vendor performance to guarantee punctual delivery and service excellence.
• Evaluate technical documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, and commercial offers to support sound purchasing choices.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, and project teams to facilitate efficient procurement processes.
• Discover cost-reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing, market insights, and supplier negotiation.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and maintain quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience including significant managerial roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in MEP procurement, facilities management, real estate, property management, or construction sectors.
• Practical experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, service contracts, and technical procurement operations.
• In-depth understanding of MEP materials, building systems, maintenance protocols, and facility operations.
• Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
