Process Trainer

About the Role

Pronivy Digital is actively seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team at the Noida Sector 63 location. This role involves training sales personnel and improving team performance within the call center and BPO industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to new and existing sales executives, covering processes, products, sales pitches, and calling protocols.
• Implement role play exercises and practical sales training activities to enhance real-time skills.
• Identify performance deficiencies in sales agents and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Organize refresher trainings as per team requirements to ensure consistent skill enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with Team Leaders and Operations to align training goals with performance objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in call center sales or telecalling.
• Prior experience as a Process Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Team Leader is desirable.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, calling techniques, objection handling, and customer communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Capacity to manage new-hire training, refresher sessions, and process-oriented training programs.
• Skilled in conducting call audits, feedback discussions, and role plays to evaluate and enhance agent performance.

Additional Information

This position requires immediate joining and operates onsite at Noida Sector 63, Block B108. The salary range is between 18,000 to 22,000 INR per month and is negotiable based on experience and skills.
