Role Overview
Orchids The International School, part of K12 Techno Services, is hiring a caring and imaginative Pre-Primary Teacher for its SUS Road campus in Pune. This role is focused on building a safe, lively, and age-appropriate classroom experience that supports the overall development of young children in Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver lesson plans suitable for early learners and aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Build a nurturing, engaging classroom atmosphere where young children feel secure and excited to learn.
- Use play-based methods such as storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities to support learning.
- Track, evaluate, and record each child’s academic progress along with social and emotional growth.
- Keep parents updated regularly on student development, behavior, and well-being.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards in the classroom throughout the day.
- Work closely with other teachers, coordinators, and school leaders to support classroom and school goals.

Required Qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education such as ECCEd, D.Ed, NTT, or Montessori, or
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream along with relevant training in early childhood education.
Experience
- Prior teaching experience of 1 to 3 years in pre-primary or kindergarten settings is preferred.
- Applicants who are freshers may also be considered if they have strong subject understanding and a genuine interest in teaching.
