Plumber Technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team, responsible for performing plumbing and building maintenance tasks safely and efficiently. The role demands adherence to safety regulations, client protocols, and industry standards while ensuring top-quality workmanship and minimizing downtime of systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute plumbing repairs and address service requests promptly.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and general upkeep for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Handle minor repairs and maintenance in response to tenant needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to the tenants.
• Follow all occupational health and safety laws, policies, and standards rigorously.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Red Seal Journeyman certificate in Plumbing is mandatory.
• Power Engineering certification and experience are advantageous.
• Familiarity with environmental, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems within office and warehouse settings, including building automation systems (BAS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
• Availability to work after standard hours, weekends, and participate in standby rotations for emergency service calls.
• A strong motivation coupled with a keen focus on customer service excellence.
• Capability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Competence in making sound technical judgments during emergency situations.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
