Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, cleaning, upkeep, and repairs of all mechanical and plumbing systems and equipment within the hotel.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing fixtures and mechanical installations.
• Inspect and service fire fighting systems along with fire water pressure systems to ensure functionality.
• Maintain cold and hot water distribution networks, including calorifiers and heat exchangers.
• Manage sewage systems, pumps, aerators, and associated machinery to optimal standards.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance on all plumbing and mechanical devices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certification recognized locally.

• Adhere to the hotel's Employee Handbook, particularly policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Qatari laws and regulations.

• Demonstrate flexibility by performing additional duties within the scope of job capabilities, including possible redeployment to other departments, based on business requirements.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and departmental meetings as scheduled.
