Role Overview
JASARA PMC is seeking a Planning Manager to strengthen its project management function across social infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on driving planning excellence, managing schedules and resources, and keeping delivery aligned with the broader Vision 2030 direction.
This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work in a collaborative, forward-thinking setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, roll out, and continuously update project schedules that match the agreed scope, milestones, and delivery targets.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect planning inputs and make sure every project element is reflected in the plan.
- Track progress closely, spot emerging risks or delays early, and propose practical corrective measures to protect timelines.
- Prepare and deliver clear status updates and reports for senior leaders to support timely and well-informed decisions.
- Assess project risks and shape mitigation approaches to reduce their impact.
- Coach and support junior planning team members while encouraging ongoing improvement in planning practices.
- Take part in planning discussions and project meetings, contributing to feasibility reviews and planning approaches.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in project planning for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of planning tools, especially Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to interpret and organize complex information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to guide and develop teams.
- Comfort working under pressure while managing several priorities at once.
