P&L Head

Role overview

The P&L Head will take full ownership of the Delhi market, with responsibility for the city’s financial performance, profitability, and overall business results. This person will serve as the primary owner for the city, coordinating with central teams and driving execution across all functions to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of city-level profit and loss outcomes, including delivery of Business Margin (BMM) goals.
• Improve city profitability by designing and executing actions across revenue, cost, and operating efficiency.
• Work closely with central teams in Growth, ICS, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Fitness to plan and implement city-specific improvements in revenue, customer acquisition, retention, utilization, and broader business performance.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives at the city level and keep all business workstreams aligned.
• Shape commercial decisions such as pricing, capacity planning, scheduling, and portfolio mix by sharing city insights and recommendations with central stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of operations and ensure a strong customer experience across all centers in Delhi.
• Run city business reviews, performance tracking, and action planning using data-backed insights.
• Act as the single accountable owner for city performance, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution of business priorities.

Ideal candidate profile

The preferred candidate brings 7 to 12 years of experience in business management, P&L ownership, general management, consulting, retail, consumer technology, hospitality, or marketplace-led businesses. The role calls for someone with a strong record of delivering outcomes through cross-functional execution, solid commercial and analytical thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix structure. An entrepreneurial approach, ownership mindset, and strong bias toward action are important for success.
