Picker / Packer

About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a Picker & Packer at a leading logistics company based in Ahmedabad. This position offers an opportunity to be part of streamlined warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient packing for dispatch.

Key Duties

• Accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Safely and properly packaging items to prepare them for shipment.
• Using handheld scanners or mobile apps for product scanning tasks.
• Inspecting products for quality, quantity, and expiry dates prior to packing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/store environment.
• Assisting with loading and unloading stock as needed.
• Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure orders are dispatched on schedule.
• Adhering to company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Managing inventory processes and moving stock efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification ranging from 10th grade to graduate level.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Familiarity with basic smartphone usage preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members.
• Capability to work rotational shifts effectively.
• Physically fit for performing warehouse activities.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.

Work Schedule

This role operates on rotational shifts, with timings of 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
