Overview
Join BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) within an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role offers a supportive environment with mentorship and advanced tools to help you excel in facilitating patient recovery and mobility restoration.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' strength, mobility, and daily function.
- Document and monitor patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team to optimize outcomes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through Upstream’s mentorship and educational programs.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Possession of or eligibility for an active Georgia PTA license.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $28 to $35, with an achievable monthly bonus program that most clinicians qualify for.
