Position Overview

BUILDTEK POLYMERS PVT LTD seeks an experienced and reliable Personal Driver based in Bengaluru, tasked with providing dedicated and secure transportation services for senior management and their families. This role demands strict confidentiality, punctuality, and professionalism at all times, along with a strong knowledge of city routes and vehicle upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport the Managing Director, other executives, or family members to designated locations such as offices, meetings, airports, and personal destinations, ensuring safety and punctuality.
• Strategically plan optimal travel routes, leveraging GPS systems and real-time traffic data for efficient journeys.
• Carry out scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs promptly and reliably.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning, fueling, inspections, and timely reporting of any maintenance requirements.
• Organize and coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance, and regulatory renewals for the vehicle.
• Keep detailed logs relating to travel, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with transporting luggage, documents, or other parcels as needed.
• Fulfill additional errands or official assignments when directed by management.
• Abide by all applicable traffic regulations and internal company safety protocols.
• Preserve the confidentiality of all sensitive employer information.
• Be available to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays if requested.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 10th standard (PUC preferred).
• Holds a current Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role as a Personal or Executive Driver.
• Impeccable driving record with no history of major violations.
• Thorough knowledge of urban and suburban routes in Bengaluru and its vicinity.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Skill in using GPS and navigation applications.
• Fluency in Kannada communication; English and Hindi knowledge desirable.
