Role Overview
As a People Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and equitable employee experience. This position combines operational excellence with innovative AI-driven solutions to improve People Operations processes across our global teams. Collaboration with the People and Systems Analyst is key, driving AI tool development and owning daily employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with People and Systems Analyst to co-design, test, and maintain AI-powered solutions that enhance People Operations workflows and efficiency.
- Assist the Compliance & Operations Manager by coordinating compliance training efforts, tracking progress using AI tools, facilitating policy communications and updates, and maintaining locality-specific compliance checklists and standard operating procedures while proactively identifying issues.
- Ensure the integrity of HRIS data is upheld consistently, recognizing its critical impact on AI tool output quality.
- Continuously identify and propose improvements to manual, error-prone, or repetitive processes by clearly articulating problems, current workflows, and enhancement suggestions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or similar operational generalist roles, demonstrating an understanding of effective HR delivery and potential pitfalls.
- Proven ability to create solutions that address process inefficiencies, such as automations, tool developments, or systematic replacements of manual tracking in various contexts.
- Familiarity or eagerness to learn automation and AI tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or Claude; technical expertise is not mandatory.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or BambooHR; hands-on BambooHR knowledge is an advantage.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional HR environments, including Australia, multi-state US, or the UK, is beneficial.
Personal Attributes
- Highly detail-oriented and data-focused, recognizing the importance of accuracy in systems and records as foundational.
- Proactive builder and problem solver who seeks to improve inefficient processes rather than only identifying issues.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working across different time zones and knowing when to collaborate or act independently.
- Driven by curiosity and growth, embracing learning opportunities and excited by frontline AI applications in People Operations.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000 USD annually, with total compensation also including equity and benefits. Specific salary will reflect market conditions, candidate experience, and qualifications as assessed during interviews. We uphold fair pay practices and conduct regular equity audits.
- Equity participation through our Employee Share Option Program.
- Access to learning initiatives and coaching programs for professional development.
- Quarterly refresh days, extended holiday breaks, and monthly wellness allowances.
- Inclusive parental leave starting from day one of employment.
- Provision of a MacBook and home office budget to support flexible work setups.
- Five annual social impact days for volunteering.
