Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trades aligned with client investment strategies, risk profiles, and preferences.
• Deliver investment advice based on detailed client profiling to enhance revenue and grow the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) portfolio.
• Market and cross-sell third-party financial products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FD), and Unlisted Shares.
• Source new clients while preserving strong long-term relationships with existing clientele.
• Hold periodic client meetings and portfolio evaluations to monitor performance and adjust investment approaches as necessary.

Selection Criteria

• Possession of NISM Series 5A and 8 certifications is mandatory.
• Must have a solid advisory background; pure sales experience alone is insufficient.
• Applicants should have experience within broking or securities firms; banking backgrounds are excluded.
• Fulfillment of the stipulated minimum experience requirements.
• For frontline sales/advisory roles, candidates should be under 35 years of age.
• Preference given to candidates with stable employment histories; frequent job changes or gaps are discouraged.

Interview Process

• First-level interviews will be held in person.
• Further rounds will be conducted virtually.
