Overview

Join the team behind the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter as a Partnership Marketing Assistant in a part-time capacity. This role is vital in bringing our Commercial Partnerships to life by supporting game day experiences and special event execution. The position runs from September 2026 through mid-May 2027, requiring on-site presence during all home games and occasional office work for event preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for commercial partners regarding game day activations.
• Execute in-arena promotions, hospitality events, prize distributions, vehicle displays, and fan engagement setups and breakdowns linked to partner activations.
• Assist with planning and executing retail, community, and digital promotions along with special events tied to partners.
• Support season planning including promotional item ordering, gifting, scheduling activations, and storage upkeep.
• Gather and organize post-activation data to aid partnership recaps and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams during game nights, meetings, projects, and events.
• Provide additional general support to the Commercial Partnership department and the broader organization as needed.

• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects, maintaining strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with sensitive or proprietary information.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include office hours, evenings, weekends, and home games.
