This role requires up to 50% travel within the United States, and applicants must reside within an hour of a major airport. Although we operate remotely, hiring is currently limited to candidates located in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA. Expansion to additional states is anticipated.

Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and technologically adept Implementation Specialist to oversee the onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform. The position entails managing projects, coordinating between internal teams and clinics, supporting software installation, digitizing workflows, migrating data, and training staff. As the primary liaison with clinics, you will ensure a smooth, well-organized implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between Adoreal and client clinics throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate data migration efforts from clinics' current systems alongside technical personnel.
• Structure clinic data to comply with Adoreal's analytics standards and framework.
• Assist with setup and configuration of Adoreal's EMR and CRM software platforms.
• Manage project timelines, monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Collaborate across technical, CRM, training internal teams, and with clinic stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, communicate progress updates, and resolve implementation issues promptly.
• Provide comprehensive training and onboarding support to clinic personnel to facilitate system adoption.
• Create and deliver onboarding documents, training manuals, and other resource materials.
• Monitor system use post-launch and address continuing support requirements.

Candidate Profile

• At least seven years' experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementations, or project management, preferably in smaller or growing EMR/EHR companies (excluding large hospital systems).
• Proven hands-on experience with EMR and CRM systems within ambulatory or outpatient clinical environments such as private practices or specialty clinics.
• A track record of independently managing multiple full-cycle onboarding or implementation projects, often in lean teams.
• Extensive knowledge of ambulatory healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and HIPAA regulations.
• Experienced in training clinical and administrative staff, creating original training content without relying on preset corporate programs.
• Ensures all implementations comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, particularly concerning data handling and access control.
