What the role involves

You will advise C-suite executives on transformation agendas powered by AI, including redesign of operating models, AI-supported production and supply chain processes, digital services, and data-led supplier and ecosystem approaches.

• AI-based operating model redesign
• Using AI to connect production, supply chain, and ordering workflows
• Designing digital and AI-enabled services, including supplier and ecosystem models driven by data
• Setting AI governance, decision rights, and transformation roadmaps

The position is intentionally non-technical. The emphasis is on strategic thinking, value creation, governance, and clear concepts.

Candidate profile

The firm is looking for a partner-level leader from a leading consulting background who can sell, deliver, and operate confidently in front of clients.

• Experience at partner level in a top-tier consulting environment
• Strong ownership of sales and delivery, with comfort working on client site
• Credible communication with C-level stakeholders
• Strong grasp of AI as a lever for strategic transformation
• Proven ability to develop concepts, operating models, and governance structures rather than technical systems
