Key Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims by leveraging open data sources alongside Owl’s AI technology.
• Input investigative findings logically through our internal platform to maintain workflow consistency.
• Evaluate external claimant datasets for accuracy, completeness, and overall data quality.
• Optimize time and resource management to consistently produce valuable and high-quality outcomes.
• Uphold stringent confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive claim information.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines on information security and disclosure.

Requirements

• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
• Prior experience conducting research using open-source data.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for clear documentation of investigative results.
• Proficiency with computers including fast typing skills, adept use of search functions, and keyboard shortcuts.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities to handle complex investigations.
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving system processes.
• Reliable and secure internet connection, essential due to the remote nature of the role.

Compensation and Benefits
