Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by completing various tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement onto the sales floor. Duties include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and assisting with merchandise processing while maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. The Associate will collaborate with team members to plan and perform tasks according to workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features.
• Carry out live unloading of diverse merchandise types.
• Focus more on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking compared to day/evening fulfillment roles.
• Transport pallets of merchandise between the backroom and sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with stocking the sales floor as directed and provide customer service when needed.
• Label the sales floor appropriately for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, conducting safety sweeps, and ensuring all displays and fixtures are secure.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
