Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outlet Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role involves delivering attentive, polite, and efficient service to guests across all dining outlets on the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent food and beverage service throughout the restaurant and other outlets.
• Prepare and reset rooms and dining areas as needed.
• Take accurate customer orders and operate the electronic cash register/POS system efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the outlet areas.
• Respond to guest questions regarding menu options, hotel amenities, local attractions, and operating hours.
• Work on a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and communication. They possess strong multitasking skills, can stay on their feet for shifts up to eight hours, and handle problem-solving dynamically. Reliability, speed, attention to detail, and time management are vital. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential to accommodate business needs and personal commitments.
