Organizational Development Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead and drive initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, building capabilities, and ensuring alignment of company structures, roles, policies, and people management practices with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and uphold organizational structures that correspond to business strategies and operational needs.
• Oversee job analysis, job evaluation, grading systems, and development of job descriptions.
• Create and manage competency frameworks encompassing functional, technical, and leadership domains.
• Evaluate and improve HR policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms.
• Assist in workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower optimization efforts.
• Carry out organizational capability and maturity assessments and formulate plans for enhancement.
• Contribute to total rewards programs, including salary scales, benefits benchmarking, and equity assessments.
• Lead initiatives around change management and organizational transformation.
• Track organizational performance with KPIs, dashboards, and employee data analytics.
• Collaborate with business leaders to detect organizational deficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Manage organizational development projects, including coordination with external consultants and overseeing deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of pertinent human resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial or leadership positions.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Demonstrated strong expertise within HR functions relevant to organizational development.
