Role Overview
The Order Fulfillment Manager position, based in Dubai, UAE, is a full-time onsite role accountable for managing comprehensive order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities encompass overseeing the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring documentation accuracy, and keeping detailed records within internal platforms. This manager works closely with sales, logistics, finance, and customer support teams to synchronize delivery plans, address order-related challenges, and fulfill service commitments.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor order progress and status on a daily basis to guarantee timely fulfillment.
- Analyze fulfillment workflows and performance indicators to identify areas for operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and adhere to local and regional regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams to align delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate proactively with customers and partners about order updates and handle escalations professionally.
- Support continuous process improvements to optimize order handling and fulfillment efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in order management and processing, ideally with experience using ERP or order management software.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient analytical skills to interpret operational data, track key performance indicators, and suggest process enhancements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations within technology or utility industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with inventory, billing, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace and adjust to changing business environments.
