Order & Route Management
- Examine and verify daily order entries to guarantee correctness before dispatching.
- Create and modify delivery routes considering driver availability, geographic location, and time windows for delivery.
- Organize scheduled assignments ensuring every order is assigned to a driver or brand ambassador.
- Keep precise records and promptly identify any discrepancies.
Dispatch & Live Operations
- Manage ongoing delivery routes and monitor the flow of deliveries, tracking pickups, drop-offs, and driver efficiency.
- Reallocate drivers or change routes as necessary to ensure full coverage and timely deliveries.
- Supervise compliance with company standards such as using hot bags and adherence to dress code by reviewing photos and timestamps.
- Update payment or driver status in accordance with company protocols when needed.
Quality Control & Communication
- Work closely with Driver Recruiting, Account Management, and Restaurant teams for swift resolution of operational challenges.
- Maintain proactive communication with team leaders about risks or repetitive issues.
- Apply sound judgment to make rapid, data-based decisions, especially during peak volume periods.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare comprehensive daily end-of-day reports highlighting key performance metrics on delivery accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery rate, incident management, and route optimization.
- Spot areas for operational enhancements and suggest strategies for leadership consideration.
