Role Overview
The position of Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role entails managing and supervising daily operational activities in assigned properties and projects, guaranteeing service excellence, safety compliance, and alignment with company standards and local laws. The manager will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, organize workflows and schedules, monitor facility performance and maintenance, and optimize resource use.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process enhancement.
- Implement workflow improvements and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Support budget planning and cost control efforts.
- Lead and mentor teams to enhance performance and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Contribute to strategic plans aimed at improving customer experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in operations management within real estate or allied sectors.
- Strong capabilities in process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
- Skilled in budget management, cost monitoring, and interpreting operational and financial reports.
- Proficiency in vendor and stakeholder management, including contract supervision.
- Outstanding leadership qualities with team management and coaching experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with productivity software and operational management systems; knowledge of facility or property management software is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in operations or project management are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
