Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will support brokerage operations across systems, interdepartmental coordination, and daily office execution. This role is designed as the in-person operations hub for the Denver office, with periodic travel to Colorado Springs.
Brokerage Systems, Tools, and Process Improvement
- Keep brokerage-wide systems organized and up to date, including file management, resource organization, and the technology stack.
- Oversee and monitor key brokerage initiatives such as vendor partnerships and past-client retention efforts, while helping launch new programs as they are introduced.
- Strengthen agent support workflows, including commission authorization handling, compliance assistance, listing coordination, open house support, and troubleshooting.
- Look for opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes across the brokerage rather than focusing only on individual tasks.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Work with each department to build, maintain, and refine the systems and processes they depend on.
- Keep workflows aligned between teams, surface conflicts early, and make sure departmental work supports broader brokerage goals and plans.
- Improve the new-agent onboarding journey from offer stage through in-person onboarding, acting as the bridge between recruiting and agent development.
- Serve as the main contact for new agents during setup, communication, and basic questions about getting started.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events for multiple departments.
- Provide logistical assistance across departments, including off-site orders, pickups, and research or tracking of resources.
Daily Brokerage Support
- Oversee everyday operations for the Denver and Colorado Springs offices, including supplies, cleanliness, maintenance, organization, mail, and packages.
- Maintain the brokerage calendar for recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly events.
- Work with brokerage partners to arrange events such as continuing education sessions and vendor presentations.
- Handle logistics for brokerage meetings and team events, including presentation prep, setup, meals, remote streaming, recaps, and follow-up action items.
- Prepare and send regular communications to teams and agents across both offices, including updates, event reminders, and follow-up notes.
- Support senior leadership with daily brokerage activity and the rollout of new initiatives.

Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in operations, administration, office management, or a similar support role.
- Experience improving workflows, documenting processes, or making operations more efficient.
- Hands-on use of AI to improve work, paired with good judgment and a clear understanding of the problem first.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using business software and a willingness to learn tools quickly, including Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, and file/project management systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
- Ability to work full-time from the Denver office at 1777 S. Harrison St., Denver, CO 80210, plus travel to the Colorado Springs office at least two days per month.
Preferred Experience
- Background in real estate or a related industry.
- Experience independently owning programs, projects, or initiatives from start to finish.
Additional Skills Exposure
Exposure to light automation or scripting is mentioned as a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience.

Work Location
