Operations Analyst - Entry to Mid Level

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Operations Analyst at entry to mid-level to enhance and support our business functions by conducting data-driven analyses, streamlining processes, and tracking performance metrics. The analyst will uncover operational inefficiencies, improve workflows, and deliver insights to boost overall operational success and company results.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine operational data to detect trends, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), creating comprehensive dashboards and reports.
• Assess current business workflows and suggest changes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in initiatives for process automation and continuous optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and suggest effective solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments such as operations, finance, logistics, human resources, and leadership.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and allocation of resources.
• Keep operational data and reports accurate and up to date.
• Create presentations and reports to guide management decision-making.
• Assist implementation of operational projects and programs aimed at improving performance.
• Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of data and internal standards.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to aid strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in operations, business or data analysis, consulting, finance, logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficient analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting functionalities.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with experience handling large datasets.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Well-developed organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics.
