About the role
Regis is looking for an Office Manager for its The Gap location in Queensland. This role is responsible for the home’s administration function, managing rosters for multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating recruitment activity. The position also supports strong customer service standards, helps maintain compliance with aged care requirements, and works closely with the leadership team to keep the home operating smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Keep all company, resident and employee information confidential.
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, compliance records and education tracking.
- Manage rosters, staff allocations and employee file administration.
- Handle invoice reconciliation and order processing for clinical, support services and administrative teams.
- Process timesheets, support payroll coordination and respond to employee questions.
- Complete general administrative duties to support the day-to-day running of the home.
- Assist with HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding and collecting employee compliance documents.
What you will need
- Experience in administration in a busy, fast-moving work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Good interpersonal ability with strong multitasking skills.
- A dependable, organised and proactive approach to work.
- Previous office manager experience in healthcare or aged care is preferred.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently when needed and support the team proactively.
