Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and define OMP's commercial offerings including SaaS products, services, and forthcoming solutions, establishing and maintaining relevant pricing policies and documentation.
• Design pricing models tailored to new products and features, aligned with market strategies across various industries.
• Develop standardized offer templates and commercial resources to ensure uniformity and efficiency in proposals.
• Construct pricing and costing scenarios factoring deal size, industry, and complexity to aid sound commercial decision-making.
• Function as an active deal desk authority, providing prompt, precise pricing guidance and commercial insights during sales negotiations.
• Review complex proposals to ensure they meet pricing policies, corporate strategy, and contractual frameworks standards.
• Maintain deal integrity and pricing uniformity by monitoring adherence to established commercial standards.
• Monitor pricing and costing KPIs, deliver insights to commercial leadership, assist account teams with renewals, and collaborate to enhance pricing, contracting, and billing processes.

About You

• Minimum of eight years’ experience in pricing, commercial, or deal management roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS pricing frameworks, contract formulations, and commercial best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sound business judgment capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills applying structured, data-driven problem-solving.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proactive, hands-on approach able to operate cross-functionally across locations and seniority levels.
• Prefer candidates based in or willing to relocate to Belgium due to required frequent onsite presence at company headquarters.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
