Night Porter

Role Overview

Ballygarry Estate, Hotel and Spa, located in Tralee, County Kerry, is looking for a dependable and approachable Night Porter to join our nighttime team, committed to delivering excellent guest service.

Primary Duties

• Greet and support guests arriving or staying overnight, ensuring their experience is seamless and welcoming.
• Monitor and safeguard the property throughout the night shift to maintain security standards.
• Efficiently manage late guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest questions and resolve any issues swiftly to uphold service quality.
• Provide assistance with basic housekeeping and upkeep tasks when necessary.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the hotel environment at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Hospitality or hotel service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities during overnight hours.
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving aptitude.
• Availability to work night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
