Role Overview
Are you an accomplished network specialist eager to thrive in a cutting-edge environment? Join us to manage and develop the IT infrastructure that supports our core operations. As the primary contact for all network-related matters, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the stability and security of our systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer central IT network infrastructure with a focus on firewalls and network security.
- Work extensively with firewall systems, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Ensure compliance with lifecycle management of security-critical hardware such as Cisco and Fortinet devices.
- Analyze firewall logs, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as a customer contact point during network disruptions.
- Handle firewall configuration, rule-set management, and ongoing monitoring as daily routine.
- Actively contribute to IT projects as a network security expert.
Who You Are
- Experienced in network administration, especially firewall management.
- Proficient in handling complex network environments involving MPLS and SD-WAN.
- Driven to continuously improve and update your skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in German and possess good English proficiency.
