Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Working with Creative Strategists to interpret clients’ requests, goals and feedback and content of communications materials to meet their needs;
Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication;
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video and interactive deliverables (video ads, web banners, etc.);
Prepare sketches, layouts, storyboards, and graphic elements of the subjects to be rendered using traditional tools, multimedia software and image processing, layout, and design software;
Use existing photo and video banks and typography guides to produce images and videos that meet clients' communications needs;
Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers;
Coordinate all aspects of production for audio-visual or electronic materials, such as Web banners, CTV ads and Native ads;
Work in a multidisciplinary environment;
Contribute to the continuous innovation of the Creative Studio offerings.
Integrate generative AI tools into the production pipeline to rapidly prototype concepts, generate assets, and iterate on video/motion content; actively pilot and implement new AI-based techniques and tools to improve Creative Studio offerings.
Qualifications/Required Experience:
A compelling motion design portfolio;
Strong abilities in After Effects, Audition, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator;
Experience in storyboarding and concept development, with the ability to translate creative briefs into bespoke, brand-aligned designs that demonstrate a strong command of typography, layout, and composition.
Experience with audio production and audio editing;
AI-First Mindset: Proven ability to integrate generative AI into creative workflows and comfort with rapidly experimenting with new AI platforms to solve design challenges.
Proficiency in AI Creative Tools: Hands-on experience with industry-standard AI video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney) and a clear understanding of their practical application in advertising.
Practical experience with creating custom scripts for After Effects that solve day-to-day production challenges.
Experience creating ads or videos for digital campaigns; knowledge of production best practices for CTV, DOOH, and audio is a plus.
Experience with asset optimization across digital, mobile, and/or video platforms;
