Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for visually articulating and enhancing the brands of our partners. Reporting to the Senior Designer and collaborating with the wider Mint team, you will translate strategic concepts into captivating visual identities, communication collateral, and branding systems that enable complex ideas to resonate effectively.
This role is part of our growing internal design team focused on building strong creative partnerships, consistent delivery, and high standards across all branding touchpoints. The position encompasses all phases of brand creation—from exploratory development and moodboarding to precise execution of assets following established brand guidelines.
You will create diverse outputs spanning digital and print media, such as brand identities, websites, detailed reports, presentations, and social media content. Balancing creative ambition with meticulous execution and strategic design application will be essential. You will also contribute to establishing and upholding brand guardrails, templates, and quality standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creative brand development through exploration of visual concepts and moodboards that align with strategic goals.
- Design compelling visual identities that facilitate impactful communication of sophisticated ideas.
- Develop brand systems that foster credibility and trust within the trauma and mental health sectors.
- Produce polished design materials—for digital and print formats—in strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Deliver a range of assets including brand identities, websites, reports, presentations, and social media graphics ensuring visual consistency and quality.
- Navigate effectively between conceptual development and detailed production based on project requirements.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining brand consistency by developing guardrails, templates, and creative standards.
- Prepare final artworks with a thorough understanding of print and digital production requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to distill complex information into clear, strategic design solutions.
- Present design ideas confidently during client meetings and internal reviews.
- Maintain file organization for efficient workflows and manage individual workloads autonomously with initiative.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated design expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and skillful execution across brand identity, digital, and print projects.
- Exceptional ability to simplify and communicate complex information visually in a way that honors strategic objectives and audience needs.
- Versatile design approach adaptable to both exploratory creative projects and delivery of polished, guideline-compliant assets.
- Collaborative and communicative mindset, capable of working effectively with designers, strategists, managers, marketing teams, and clients.
- Meticulous attention to consistency and detail ensuring coherent, professional brand systems.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills capable of managing projects independently.
- Sensitivity to the mental health and trauma sector, with openness to learning how to communicate with integrity, empathy, and clarity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and working knowledge of Figma for digital design collaboration.
- Openness to adopting emerging technologies, including AI-supported design tools.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time role offers a salary range of £38,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience. The position is primarily remote but includes occasional in-person meetings.
