Opportunity

Adecco is working with a global technology multinational to recruit an experienced marketing manager who can lead strategic product marketing work across regional and international markets. The role is centered on shaping how products are positioned, launching integrated campaigns, and building clear, engaging narratives that support education, adoption, and customer interest. You will work closely with product, marketing, research, communications, and creative teams to bring new products and features to market.

The role is based at Mapletree Business City II, Singapore, with a hybrid schedule of three office days per week from Monday to Wednesday and two work-from-home days. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver product marketing strategies for both new launches and existing offerings.
  • Shape product messaging, market positioning, and go-to-market plans that support successful rollouts.
  • Run integrated marketing programmes across multiple channels to build awareness, engagement, and usage.
  • Serve as a market and product expert by sharing insights and strategic guidance during the product development process.
  • Research the market and review industry trends to uncover opportunities and guide marketing decisions.
  • Gather user insights and work with cross-functional teams to reflect customer feedback in product and marketing choices.
  • Develop marketing copy and campaign messaging that aligns with product strategy and brand standards.
  • Oversee external creative partners and coordinate with production teams to deliver strong multimedia assets.
  • Set and track key marketing and business metrics to measure campaign impact and improve outcomes.
  • Review campaign results, identify gaps, and recommend changes based on data and performance analysis.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience, address product issues, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Manage several priorities and strategic initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in product marketing, brand marketing, integrated marketing, or strategic communications.
  • Strong ability to tell compelling stories across written, video, and visual formats.
  • Prior exposure to health marketing, science communications, content strategy, social impact, or corporate reputation work is an advantage.
  • Experience handling creative agencies and producing multimedia marketing materials for digital, social, and video platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex technology or policy topics into clear, audience-friendly narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with go-to-market planning, product positioning, and messaging development.
  • Proven campaign management capability for medium to large integrated marketing programmes.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and experience working across different teams in a quick-paced setting.
