Global supply chain strategy
- Work with Operations and Supply Chain teams on manufacturing and sourcing strategies outside China.
- Weigh trade-offs involving cost, risk, lead time, and geopolitical conditions.
- Support dual-sourcing and multi-site manufacturing approaches that strengthen supply resilience.
- Align supply decisions with customer expectations and regional demand patterns.
- Assess how tariffs, trade rules, and localization trends influence commercial choices.
Strategic program management
- Act as the coordination point between Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Organize meetings, consolidate input, prepare decision materials, and ensure follow-through on actions.
