Role overview
Maya Media Communication is seeking a full-time Facebook and Google Ads specialist to work remotely from anywhere in India. The position is focused on planning, running, and improving paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms with a strong emphasis on business outcomes and return on ad spend.
What the role involves
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Use a performance-first approach to improve ROAS and campaign efficiency.
- Set up and work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel tracking.
- Build and refine funnels, retargeting efforts, and scaling strategies.
- Contribute to growth in a fast-paced remote environment.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising, along with a strong understanding of tracking, audience funneling, and campaign optimization. Immediate availability is preferred, and applicants who can demonstrate measurable results will be given priority.
