Role Focus
Our expanding People and Change practice specializes in human-centric transformation initiatives that enhance employee experience and deliver on the organization's people promise. Amid rapid transformation, our team crafts bespoke solutions to meet current client needs and future challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on various people-related business matters such as HR function optimization, strategic workforce planning, employee experience, and crafting employee value propositions.
- Support human capital due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and integration or separation activities.
- Provide expertise in change management to help clients meet strategic objectives and project milestones.
- Lead project teams to deliver results within timelines, budgets, and desired outcomes.
- Identify and act on emerging business opportunities that add client value.
- Engage proactively in business development, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
- Develop and lead proposals and pitches for new engagements.
- Apply broad understanding of business and economic contexts to consulting work.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to support their development and project contributions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years’ experience in people advisory, consulting, or human resources roles within complex, dynamic organizations.
- Possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including effective written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong ownership attitude.
- Robust project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business development or advisory roles.
- Demonstrated capability in leading teams and providing coaching for successful project delivery.
- Strong skills in relationship-building with clients and collaborative teams.
- Comfortable operating within multidisciplinary, client-facing teams.
- Proven effectiveness in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
