Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Manager for Human Capital Programs and Partnerships. This position is tasked with leading the creation, execution, and oversight of progressive human capital initiatives that support the organization's strategic aims. The role demands collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to boost workforce development, employee growth programs, and cultivate a dynamic talent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee programs centered on leadership growth, talent recruitment, employee involvement, and retention strategies.
• Forge and maintain strategic alliances with educational bodies, training organizations, consultancy firms, and industry players to expand program effectiveness.
• Work closely with HR and operational divisions to discern talent requisites and customize programs accordingly.
• Evaluate program success using both qualitative and quantitative measures, offering insights for ongoing enhancements.
• Administer budgets and resources attributed to human capital efforts ensuring financial prudence and alignment with priorities.
• Drive communication campaigns and change management tactics to enhance program acceptance and participant interaction.
• Keep abreast of international trends and best practices in human capital, infusing innovative strategies to boost program outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a corresponding field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum seven years’ experience in managing human capital initiatives, partnerships, or related corporate programs.
• Deep knowledge of talent management, employee growth, and workforce planning methodologies.
• Demonstrated skill in establishing and sustaining impactful partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Strong project management prowess with the ability to juggle various projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities to effectively influence all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and human resources information systems.
