Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily functions of the machine shop to optimize resource utilization and fulfill production objectives.
• Supervise the operation of CNC (Vertical Machining Center and Lathe), conventional machines, grinding machines, and tool room activities to ensure production of superior quality parts.
• Design and execute process enhancements aimed at boosting productivity, minimizing expenses, and elevating quality benchmarks.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address challenges involving machinery maintenance, tooling design, and proper material selection.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and ensure the work area remains clean and safe.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 8 to 13 years of experience managing a machine shop or working within a related industrial environment.
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in handling CNC machines such as VMC and Lathe, conventional machinery, grinding operations, and tool room management.
