Loan Team Leader

About the Role

Easy Money Lending is seeking a motivated Loan Team Leader to oversee the loan telesales process at their Noida location. The role requires managing and inspiring a telesales team to meet sales goals while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise call activities, monitor conversion rates and overall team productivity.
• Offer continuous guidance and product training to team members.
• Address escalations effectively and prepare detailed daily performance reports.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience in a Team Leader role within telesales or loan processing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Goal-driven personality with strong understanding of loan product offerings.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and data reporting is advantageous.

Additional Details

• Work location: E-49, Basement, Sector 3, Noida, near Sector 16 Metro Station Exit Gate No. 3.
• Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday with Sundays off.
• Salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 per month, with additional incentives.
