Role Summary

Fibe is hiring a customer-oriented Relationship Executive / Sales Executive to support loan lead generation and loan processing activities. The role involves working with partner clinics, speaking with prospective customers, and helping them move through the loan application journey.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to assigned clinics and build strong working relationships with clinic partners.
• Work with clinic staff to identify patients who cannot pay their treatment amount in a single payment.
• Gather customer information and create loan leads.
• Present Fibe’s loan products and financing choices clearly to customers.
• Support customers at every step of the loan application and documentation workflow.
• Follow up to make sure approved loans are processed and disbursed on time.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer discussions and loan applications.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation and loan conversions.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 26,000 to INR 43,000.
