About Us
We are a prominent consulting firm committed to making a lasting impact on health and healthcare by collaborating with leaders and frontline teams to enhance health outcomes, transform healthcare systems, promote innovation uptake, and generate value through strategic investment. Our services span the entire healthcare sector including payors, care providers, life sciences companies, health technology firms, suppliers, and investors. We deliver comprehensive solutions from strategic planning to execution, leveraging data, digital tools, and artificial intelligence.
Our Life Sciences division operates where health systems meet industry, partnering with global pharmaceutical firms at the EU, Canadian, and global levels, engaging early in the product lifecycle—typically two to five years before launch. We help drive the adoption and demonstrate the value of innovative, population-level medicines using extensive NHS relationships and linked population health data to generate real-world evidence which informs markets worldwide. Our goal is to achieve £10 million in Life Sciences revenue by 2030, mainly through international growth.
Strategic Intent
Our vision is to become the leading health-dedicated consulting company serving healthcare systems, life sciences, health technology, investors, and suppliers. Our end-to-end services support organizations in improving population health and healthcare results through strategy, transformation, finance, performance enhancement, and data-driven delivery. We assist clients in clarifying ambitions, identifying value opportunities, applying innovation, and achieving measurable sustainable improvements.
Within Life Sciences, we aim to be the trusted partner for accelerating adoption of population health medicines, generating real-world evidence from linked datasets, and influencing policy, health technology assessment (HTA), and market access globally. We operate transnationally across UK, EU, and Canadian markets, engaging early in strategic product lifecycle stages.
