Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Liaison Executive position in Agartala. The role focuses on acting as the link between the company and outside stakeholders such as government offices, regulatory bodies, vendors, and local partners.
Key Duties
You will be responsible for preparing and submitting paperwork, tracking approvals and clearances, keeping records accurate and up to date, and making sure activities follow the relevant rules and procedures. The position also requires attending meetings, representing the company’s interests, sharing updates with internal teams promptly, and supporting management with reports, data, and progress updates for projects and operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the interpersonal ability to deal with officials, vendors, and colleagues professionally. Accuracy in documentation, record maintenance, and coordination work is important, as is the ability to stay organized and manage time effectively while handling multiple follow-ups and deadlines. A working knowledge of regulatory processes, local administration, and compliance expectations is useful, and prior liaison experience would be an advantage. Candidates should also be comfortable using email and office software to draft letters, reports, and presentations, and be able to work independently on site, show initiative, and adjust to changing priorities in a busy environment.
Education and Location Knowledge
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any field is required. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with local languages and the regional context of Agartala and nearby areas will be helpful.
