Core Duties

• Assist in creating innovative learning experiences utilizing diverse instructional methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and learning professionals to ascertain training needs and propose effective learning solutions.
• Evaluate learning data and participant feedback to identify areas for ongoing improvements.
• Support the deployment of compliance and mandatory training, ensuring content is up to date and meets business needs.
• Maintain and update training materials, resources, and learning management systems for accuracy and relevance.
• Manage content review, updates, and governance to guarantee top-quality learning experiences.
• Draft, edit, and ensure quality of learning materials for various initiatives.
• Design diverse learning interventions for targeted audiences, including facilitated and self-directed formats.
• Organize and oversee complex learning projects to ensure timely, successful outcomes and assess effectiveness.
• Identify challenges, research best practices, and innovate solutions to enhance training programs continually.
• Handle management of learning content, sourcing relevant materials to meet instructional goals.
• Moderate learning communities to foster active engagement and achievement of learning objectives.
• Design and deliver leadership and functional development programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to address knowledge gaps and training requirements.
• Work across teams to provide adaptable, cost-efficient learning solutions that add value.
• Recommend strategies to measure training effectiveness and interpret results for continuous enhancement.
• Analyze usability of new systems and improve their design and workflow for better learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of experience or a High School/GED with four years of relevant experience in learning content, instructional design, or organizational development.
• Experience designing curricula and organizational training solutions.
• Familiarity with performance and process improvement techniques.
• Proven ability in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, organizing details, and meeting deadlines.
• Skilled in presentation development for diverse organizational audiences.
• Adept at fostering and maintaining relationships across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically for business purposes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in fields such as Human Resources or Organizational Development.
• Experience using digital and multimedia learning tools like Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Dreamweaver, HTML, LMS platforms, mobile learning technologies, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Project management expertise.
• Background in retail, healthcare, or compliance training.
• Experience facilitating sessions to collect requirements.
• Research and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong written communication abilities including storytelling and creating compelling content.

Additional Information

The role supports inclusion by considering candidates with arrest and conviction records. Salary transparency is provided with a range from $71,400 to $114,300 annually, reflecting factors such as location, skills, experience, and education. The job remains open until filled.
