Job Overview
As a Learning and Development Trainer at Stride, Inc., you will design and deliver impactful training solutions that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, customers, and partners. The role involves developing diverse learning materials, facilitating engaging sessions, and supporting adoption of products aligned with the K12 educational framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling training resources including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids tailored to various audiences.
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions targeting teachers, administrators, staff, customers, and partners, ensuring comprehensive understanding of products and educational pedagogy.
- Partner with subject matter experts and product managers to gather insights for effective training course content.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to refine programs.
- Keep training materials updated with the latest product changes and industry developments.
- Offer ongoing assistance to stakeholders by addressing queries and troubleshooting training-related challenges.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing product usage and adoption, including development of instructor and leadership programs.
- Organize and maintain training documentation and materials in an accessible manner.
- Engage in cross-training with internal teams and participate in meetings related to product updates and platform enhancements.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the company’s Talent Development strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in talent development, educational training, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of effective adult learning methodologies coupled with enthusiasm for training delivery.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general web skills.
- Successful completion of background check as mandated.
Preferred Certifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related discipline.
- Professional training certification such as Instructional Design Certification.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $45,118 to $63,985 annually. Compensation varies based on education, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for bonuses. Stride offers a robust benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid leave for qualifying employees.
