Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Generator fluent in Arabic to become part of a growing real estate team based in Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time, onsite role requires an individual focused on delivering measurable results within Dubai's vibrant property market.

Key Duties

• Identify and validate prospective property leads
• Reach out to potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants via telephone
• Perform consistent follow-ups and coordinate appointments with qualified prospects
• Maintain an ample and organized lead pipeline for the sales team
• Assist sales personnel in transforming leads into closed deals

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in both Arabic and English languages
• Exceptional communication and telephone etiquette
• Prior exposure to sales, telemarketing, or real estate environments is advantageous
• Confident, driven by targets, and proactive in approach
• Strong aptitude for follow-up and building lasting client relationships
• Experience within Dubai's real estate sector is a plus
