Role overview
iSON Xperiences is hiring a self-driven and performance-focused Inside Sales Representative to support the Dubai market from a remote setup. The role is centered on finding prospects, qualifying leads, and helping build a healthy sales pipeline.
What you will do
- Find and engage potential B2B customers through outbound prospecting.
- Use Apollo.io to research leads and build prospect lists.
- Work with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools to manage opportunities.
- Make cold calls and send targeted email outreach to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot to improve day-to-day sales productivity.
- Communicate clearly with prospects and negotiate effectively.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B business development.
- Practical experience with Apollo.io for prospecting and lead generation.
- Hands-on exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or comparable platforms.
- Strong background in cold calling, email outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, stay target-focused, and perform well in a remote environment.
- Comfort using AI-based productivity tools to support sales work.

This is a remote role, with responsibility for supporting the Dubai market.
