Job description
Role Overview and Schedule
This permanent full-time position involves working eight hours daily for a total of forty hours each week, with shifts scheduled as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years' experience in custodial duties or related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, students, staff, and the public.
- Proficiency in completing requisitions and other forms using software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage and direct a maintenance team, including planning and scheduling their tasks.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills to operate facility management systems and maintenance order systems are advantageous.
Job Scope
